(MOSCOW REGION, RUSSIA) \u2013 <\/span>The Ukrainian partisan movement ATESH has claimed responsibility for sabotage operations in the Moscow region that allegedly disrupted the functioning of Russian air defence elements near the capital.<\/span><\/p>\n

According<\/a> to ATESH, the movement’s agents damaged several communication towers in the Putilkovo, Kommunarka, and Domodedovo districts. These facilities housed electronic warfare modules used to detect low flying targets and coordinate the operation of air defence systems.<\/span><\/p>\n

The partisans stated that following the sabotage, the Russian air defence system lost several observation points on the immediate approaches to Moscow. The movement asserted that this could have affected air defence response time and left certain routes without cover.<\/span><\/p>\n

“Without these devices, data on low flying targets ceases to arrive on time, response speed drops, and some routes remain without cover,” ATESH reported.<\/span><\/p>\n

In recent months, ATESH has regularly reported on sabotage, reconnaissance, and other actions in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine and in regions of Russia.<\/span><\/p>\n

The claims were made by representatives of the ATESH movement.<\/span><\/p>\n
