(JUBA CITY) – The South Sudan Civil Aviation Authority (SSCAA) has announced that renovation works are under way at Juba International Airport’s arrivals terminal. The project aims to improve passenger experience and bring the facility closer to international standards, with both the interior and exterior undergoing upgrades.
The renovations cover several areas designed to improve comfort and efficiency. These include new floor tiles inside the terminal, cabro paving on exterior walkways, modern lighting systems, upgraded washrooms and a more streamlined baggage claim section. Officials said the work is part of the government’s broader effort to strengthen national infrastructure and position Juba as a modern entry point for business, investment, and tourism.
