(KAJO KEJI COUNTY) – Safari Travel & Tourism Ltd has announced the launch of a new passenger service connecting Juba to Kajo Keji, offering travellers a faster and more reliable way to move between the two locations.
The company said it will operate a 30 seater aircraft on the route, cutting travel time to just 45 minutes. The service is scheduled to operate every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
According to the company, the flights are designed to provide safe, fast and convenient travel for both business and leisure passengers. The service also aims to support trade and mobility within Central Equatoria State, where Kajo Keji is located, and improve links to Juba, the country’s capital.
In addition to the scheduled service, Safari Travel & Tourism said it offers charter flights to all states in South Sudan. The company provides airline ticketing, tourism and reservation services, as well as passenger booking and cargo handling.
Company representatives said the new route reflects their commitment to making air travel more accessible within South Sudan. They highlighted that improved air services could play an important role in boosting tourism, business travel and the movement of goods within the country.
The launch comes at a time when demand for domestic travel is rising, with passengers seeking faster alternatives to road transport, which is often slowed by poor infrastructure and security challenges.
Travellers and businesses can make bookings or inquiries through Safari Travel & Tourism’s offices in Juba. The company can be reached via phone on +211 917 146 053 or +211 916 783 198, or by email at safartravel811@gmail.com.
