(DONETSK AND ZAPORIZHZHIA REGIONS, UKRAINE) – Ukrainian forces have reportedly destroyed six Russian air defence and radar systems over a 48-hour period from 12 to 14 January 2026, according to the SBS group. The strikes targeted enemy positions deep within the occupied areas of Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia regions using mid-range strike capabilities.

The targeted systems included:

  • Tor surface-to-air missile system (Mariupol district, Donetsk region)

  • Vityaz 50N6E radar system (Mariupol district, Donetsk region)

  • Buk missile system (Polohy district, Zaporizhzhia region)

  • Buk M1 missile system (Volnovakha district, Donetsk region)

  • Strela-10 surface-to-air missile system (Polohy district, Zaporizhzhia region)

  • Tor M2 surface-to-air missile system (Polohy district, Zaporizhzhia region)

The operations were carried out by the Nemesis SBS 412th Brigade in coordination with the newly established Deep Strike Centre of the SBS Group, according to Ukrainian reports. The Strela-10 system was specifically neutralised by the SBS 413th Regiment “Raid”.

Strike distances reportedly ranged from 46 to 160 kilometres from the launch points. Explosive warheads weighing over 10 kilograms were used, aimed at rendering lightly armoured but high-value enemy systems inoperable.
