(KURSK DIRECTION AND NORTH SLOBOZHANSHCHYNA AXIS, UKRAINE) – Units of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine operating within the country’s Defence Forces continue striking Russian forces along the Kursk and North Slobozhanshchyna directions.

According to the border guard service, drone operators from the 1st Border Commandant’s Office of the Steel Border Brigade carried out a series of successful strikes during the past day.

Officials said Ukrainian drone crews destroyed two Russian transport vehicles during the operation.

The strikes also eliminated two Russian field ammunition depots used to store battlefield supplies.

In addition, Ukrainian forces destroyed a launch position used by Russian troops to deploy FPV drones.

A Russian mortar position was also struck and destroyed during the operation.

Drone operators also targeted and destroyed two Russian shelters used by occupying troops.

The State Border Guard Service said the strikes reduced the operational capacity of Russian forces operating in the area.

Officials added that the State Border Guard Service continues to operate as part of Ukraine’s Defence Forces and remains actively engaged in combat operations against Russian units.
