(MOSCOW) – During a broadcast of the Russian radio programme “Full Contact” on 12 March 2026, host Vladimir Solovyov and weather presenter Evgeny Tishkovets issued explicit calls for military strikes against the United Kingdom, France, and Germany. The broadcast, marked by high levels of aggression, followed recent Ukrainian strikes in the Bryansk region. Solovyov dismissed any notions of diplomatic rapprochement with the West, specifically criticising references to the “Spirit of Anchorage” and stating that the United States is an explicit enemy. He argued that the conflict will continue until Russia begins striking the sponsors of Ukraine, comparing the current situation to Iran’s inability to win its own conflicts due to its lack of reach toward the American mainland.

The Russian dictator’s media mouthpiece expressed deep frustration with the domestic state of affairs in Russia, complaining that while border regions like Belgorod and Kursk suffer, the Moscow elite continues to enjoy a “secular life” of cafes and restaurants. Solovyov questioned why the government has not evacuated Belgorod, suggesting that officials fear the displaced citizens would return with difficult questions. He further demanded the total destruction of the Kyiv government quarter and the Verkhovna Rada using “Oreshnik” missiles, asserting that the assassination of the Ukrainian leadership would end the war.

In a highly unusual segment, the show’s weatherman, Evgeny Tishkovets, identified specific European locations for potential missile strikes. Tishkovets urged the Russian Ministry of Defence to target Le Plessis-Robinson in France and Farnborough in England, identifying them as production sites for Storm Shadow missiles. He explicitly called for the “destruction of personnel” at these sites. Furthermore, Tishkovets provided a meteorological assessment for nuclear warfare, stating that while current wind patterns are unfavourable for nuclear strikes, a suitable “weather window” will open this coming weekend. He added that conditions for high precision conventional strikes remain ideal.

The broadcast concluded with an aggressive recruitment drive for the “Rubikon” drone unit, targeting young volunteers for contract service of six to twelve months. Throughout the programme, Solovyov displayed significant internal agitation, engaging in a heated on-air dispute with a listener and reasserting his rank as a colonel in the Russian Armed Forces. He claimed that all statements made during his broadcast serve as official addresses to the state.
