The 1411th day of Russia’s fullscale invasion of Ukraine has commenced. Over the past day, enemy forces initiated 211 combat clashes and deployed more than 4800 kamikaze drones in attacks. Ukrainian defence forces also documented over 2700 shellings targeting their positions and civilian settlements. This information comes from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as reported by UNN.
The frontline situation remained tense throughout Saturday. Enemy units executed more than 210 assaults and utilised over 4800 kamikaze drones for strikes against Ukrainian targets.
On that day, the enemy conducted one missile strike and 67 airstrikes, employing 174 guided aerial bombs. Settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region, such as Huliaipole, Bilohiria and Zaliznychne, experienced heavy airstrikes. In total, Ukrainian positions and peaceful communities endured more than 2700 shellings, with 45 of these originating from multiple rocket launcher systems.
In retaliation, the aviation, missile forces and artillery of Ukraine’s defence forces struck three locations where enemy personnel and equipment were concentrated.
The most intense enemy activity occurred in the Pokrovsk and Huliaipole directions.
In the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian defenders halted 40 assault operations by the aggressor near Pokrovsk, Myrnohrad, Rodynske and Udachne.
In the Huliaipole direction, defence forces repelled 36 enemy advances in the vicinities of Huliaipole, Uspenivka and Dorozhnianka.
In the Lyman direction, the enemy launched 22 attacks aimed at breaching defences near Zarichne, Yampil and Novoselivka.
In the Oleksandrivka direction, 21 attacks were noted in the areas of Yalta, Vyshneve and Zlahoda.
In the Kostiantynivka direction, occupiers executed 18 attacks, including those directed towards Ivanopillia and Pleshchiivka.
In the Kupyansk direction, 14 attacks took place.
In the South Slobozhanskyi direction, 19 attacks were recorded.
In the Prydniprovskyi direction, Ukrainian units thwarted two assault attempts near the Antonivskyi bridge.
In the Volyn and Polissia directions, no indications of offensive group formations were observed.
