Phoenix Bomber Drones Destroy Russian Positions in Lyman sector

(LYMAN, DONETSK OBLAST) – Ukrainian forces say the Lyman direction remains one of the most tense sectors of the frontline, with continued fighting against Russian troops attempting to advance and consolidate positions.

According to Ukraine’s State Border Guard Service, pilots from the Phoenix border unit are carrying out systematic strikes on Russian forces, preventing them from gaining a foothold or operating freely in the area.

The unit reports that Russian logistics remain under constant fire control, with supply movements regularly targeted to disrupt operations. Ukrainian forces say this has limited the ability of Russian troops to sustain offensive actions.

Russian assault groups are also said to be suffering losses, including those attempting to use forested terrain for cover. Ukrainian officials state that such tactics have not shielded advancing units from ongoing strikes.

Despite the pressure on the sector, Ukrainian defenders emphasise their continued commitment to holding the line.

“This is our land. And we are consistently defending it,” the unit said.
