(JUBA) – Zain South Sudan has introduced a series of new promotional offers aimed at keeping its customers connected and entertained, particularly over the weekends.
The telecommunications company continues to roll out customer centred incentives that include free data, radio services and discounted bundles for mobile users across the country.
The “Wonderful Sunday” offer gives users 350MB of data free of charge. Subscribers can redeem this benefit by dialling *102*11# on Sundays, helping them stay in touch with friends and family. Zain described the offer as a gift to make weekends “special,” especially for those who rely on mobile data to connect with loved ones across the country or abroad.
In addition to free data on Sundays, Zain is encouraging users to tune into its radio platform with the campaign “Weekend Mode: Music On, Worries Off.” Customers can call 122 to listen to Zain Radio, which features a mix of music and entertainment content throughout the weekend. The offer is designed to provide affordable relaxation through audio programming during a time when many users are at home.
Zain has also unveiled a promotional data bundle known as “Mal’yaan Plus.” This offer gives subscribers 500MB of data plus an additional 500MB free for a one time fee of 3,123 South Sudanese Pounds (SSP), which is equivalent to approximately $0.68 USD at the current official exchange rate of SSP 4,600 per $1.
