(KYIV, UKRAINE) – The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) reports that its Alpha special operations air defence team has destroyed more than 400 enemy Shahed strike drones in just a few months.
These drones have been systematically used by Russia to terrorise Ukrainian cities, targeting residential areas, hospitals, energy facilities, and other critical infrastructure. Every drone intercepted by the Alpha unit represents one fewer threat to civilians.
