(SOUTH-SLOBOZHANSKY) – On the South-Slobozhansky axis near Kharkiv, Russian forces have attempted to protect their positions with electronic warfare and radar systems. These complexes aim to jam Ukrainian drones and shield enemy personnel and equipment from aerial strikes.

Operators of the STREX electronic countermeasure system from the 4th Border Detachment, acting within Ukraine’s Armed Forces, have successfully countered these defences. During a recent operation, UAV pilots identified key components of the enemy’s electronic protection system and struck them.

As a result, six electronic warfare devices, two radar stations, and two communication antennas were destroyed. Neutralising these targets weakens the enemy, providing Ukrainian drones with greater freedom of action in the skies and giving ground units more opportunities to strike enemy positions and equipment.
