(KHARKIV REGION) – Ukrainian border guards said a rapid response unit destroyed Russian positions and disrupted attempts to consolidate in the Kharkiv region. The State Border Guard Service said personnel from the Shkval Rapid Response Commandant’s Office of the 7th Carpathian Border Guard Detachment continue combat operations as part of Ukraine’s Defence Forces.
