Border Guards Strike Russian Shelters and Communications in Kharkiv

(KHARKIV REGION) – Ukrainian border guards said a rapid response unit destroyed Russian positions and disrupted attempts to consolidate in the Kharkiv region.

The State Border Guard Service said personnel from the Shkval Rapid Response Commandant’s Office of the 7th Carpathian Border Guard Detachment continue combat operations as part of Ukraine’s Defence Forces.

Reconnaissance units, working with UAV operators, maintain continuous monitoring of the battlefield. Attempts by Russian forces to advance, restore logistics routes or re establish communications are detected and targeted.

During recent drone operations, UAV crews struck Russian shelters, communication systems and positions, preventing the enemy from establishing a foothold in the area.

The Border Guard Service said operations to deny Russian advances and disrupt their coordination are ongoing.
