(KURSK DIRECTION AND KHARKIV REGION, UKRAINE) – Ukrainian border guard forces from the “Steel Border” brigade carried out a series of drone strikes over the past day in the Kursk and North Slobozhanskyi directions, targeting Russian positions and personnel.
According to official information, UAV operators struck two enemy shelters, destroyed a Russian truck and killed ten Russian soldiers. A further two Russian personnel were left unable to continue combat operations.
The strikes form part of ongoing efforts by Ukraine’s Defence Forces to disrupt Russian activity along active sectors of the front line and to reduce the combat effectiveness of Russian units.
The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine said volunteers wishing to take part in defence operations alongside border units can join formations of the “Steel Border” brigade.
Footage of the operation was released by the Press Service of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, operating in the Kursk direction and Kharkiv region.
