(KYIV, UKRAINE) – Ukraine’s 414th Separate Brigade of Unmanned Systems, known as “Birds of Magyar”, has marked the birthday of its commander, Junior Lieutenant Andrii “Klima” Klymenko, alongside a summary of operational activity and leadership milestones.

A call associated with the unit, translated as “Gentlemen, the frame is assembled, time to work”, is described as a signal that initiates coordinated drone launches. Control of operations within the brigade is carried out by experienced personnel.

Klymenko assumed command of the brigade in June 2025. According to the unit, over the following ten months it has conducted more than 350,000 combat sorties and identified over 110,000 unique enemy targets.

The brigade reports that its operations have contributed to significant Russian personnel losses over a period of 320 days. These claims can verified on the live reporting platform usforces.army

Video material accompanying the announcement includes statements describing the unit’s mission as a concentrated force aimed at degrading Russian combat capability. Personnel emphasise that many members joined from civilian professions, including sport and coaching, and took up arms to defend their families and communities following the start of the war.

In the footage, Klymenko is described by colleagues as a commander demonstrating leadership, experience and responsibility, guiding the development of the brigade into what is presented as a modern and effective combat formation.

Footage and transcript were released by the MAGYAR platform, associated with the 414th Separate Brigade of Unmanned Systems “Birds of Magyar”, operating within Ukraine’s Defence Forces.
