(KYIV, UKRAINE) – Ukrainian partisans have carried out six successful operations targeting railway infrastructure across regions of Russia and in temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. The actions are designed to disrupt the transport of equipment and ammunition for Russian forces, according to the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
The resistance operations have focused on burning locomotives and destroying relay cabinets, causing significant delays for Russian military echelons. Each attack is reported to set back Russian troop movements by days or even weeks.
The Ukrainian intelligence service described the operations as part of a sustained campaign to weaken the Kremlin dictator Vladimir’s war effort from within. “From the Far East to the Caucasus, the flames are gradually engulfing the entire territory of the enemy, and resistance to the criminal war against Ukraine within Russia is intensifying,” the statement said.
