Border Guards Destroy Russian EW System and Vehicle in Kharkiv Sector

(KHARKIV REGION) – Ukrainian border guards said their drone unit destroyed a Russian electronic warfare system and a vehicle during operations on the South Slobozhanskyi axis.

The State Border Guard Service said personnel from the Chernivtsi Border Guard Detachment Type C continue combat missions in the sector. A UAV crew detected a concealed Russian electronic warfare system and destroyed it shortly after identification.

Later, drone operators spotted a Russian vehicle moving rapidly onto a road. Border guards carried out an immediate strike. The driver attempted to react but was unable to evade the attack. The vehicle was destroyed along with the driver, according to the statement.

The unit called for recruits to join the Chernivtsi Border Guard Detachment as Ukraine continues efforts to push Russian forces from its territory.
