Russian Communication Antennas Destroyed in Drone Attacks in Kursk

(KURSK REGION, RUSSIA / KHARKIV REGION, UKRAINE) – Operators of unmanned aerial vehicles from the Steel Border Brigade carried out strikes against Russian targets in the Kursk and Pivnichno Slobozhanskyi directions, according to the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

During combat operations, Ukrainian drone units engaged a range of identified targets across both sectors. The strikes resulted in the destruction of seven shelters used by Russian forces.

In addition, four Russian servicemen were killed. Ukrainian operators also destroyed a vehicle used by Russian forces, along with three communication antennas.

The reported losses are expected to affect local Russian operational capability by reducing available cover, mobility and communications in the targeted areas.

The footage and operational update were released by the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine. The strikes were conducted in the Kursk region of Russia and along the Pivnichno Slobozhanskyi axis in Kharkiv region.
