(NORTHERN SLOBOZHANSHCHYNA, UKRAINE) – Ukrainian border guard units have reported further successful drone operations against Russian forces on the northern Slobozhanshchyna front, according to official statements released on 16 March.
Operators of unmanned aerial vehicles from the Mukachevo unit, designated Type C and part of the Mukachevo border detachment, carried out precision strikes on Russian positions. The operation resulted in the destruction of enemy shelters, a vehicle, communications antennas and Russian personnel.
The unit stated that its aerial operations continue to deny Russian forces any sense of security in areas under Ukrainian drone surveillance. The group, known by the callsign “Citadel”, said it maintains effective control of the airspace in its sector.
