(KHARKIV, KHARKIV REGION) – Members of Ukraine’s Rapid Response Unit “Shkval,” part of the 7th Carpathian Border Detachment, continue operations in the Kharkiv region, according to official statements released on 19 March 2026. Footage released by the press service of the unit shows drone operators monitoring enemy movements and delivering precise strikes on equipment and personnel.
Ukrainian reconnaissance and drone teams maintain continuous surveillance along key approaches. Any attempt by Russian forces to advance, restore logistics, or re-establish communications is promptly detected and targeted.
In recent operations, Shkval personnel destroyed enemy communication equipment and shelters, and struck Russian personnel attempting to conceal themselves in forested areas.
The unit is composed of service members with combat experience gained in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Luhansk, and Donetsk.
