(JUBA) – The South Sudan Revenue Authority (SSRA), through its Department of Taxpayer Services and Education, engaged with citizens during the 7th edition of the Beledna talk show.
The session provided a platform for taxpayers to ask questions on Customs, Domestic Taxes, Audit procedures, and the Authority’s digital services including e-Customs and e-Tax systems. Officials ensured that participants received clear and practical guidance.
Hon. William Anyuon, Commissioner General of SSRA, conveyed his message through senior Commissioners representing him at the event. He expressed appreciation for taxpayers who continue to meet their obligations, highlighting their critical role in strengthening South Sudan’s economy.
The Commissioner General encouraged citizens to embrace digital tax services, emphasising that e-Tax and e-Customs offer a modern, convenient way to comply with tax requirements anytime, anywhere.
Officials said the talk show reflects SSRA’s ongoing commitment to building a modern tax administration that is accessible, efficient, and user friendly. Feedback from taxpayers during these sessions is used to guide improvements and expand educational outreach, according to the tax body.
