(JUBA) – Preparations are under way for the Real Estate Summit 2025, which will take place in Juba on 18 and 19 September at the Flora Office Suites. The event will bring together industry executives, property developers, investors and innovators to discuss opportunities in South Sudan’s growing real estate market.
The summit, organised under the theme Unlocking Property Potential in Juba, follows a media launch at the Flora Office Suites earlier this month. Organisers say the forum is designed to provide participants with knowledge, networking opportunities and insights into possible investments in the property sector.
With South Sudan’s urbanisation on the rise, demand for housing, office space and commercial property continues to expand, particularly in Juba. The event is expected to highlight investment opportunities in residential estates, commercial facilities, construction technology, financing and property management.
According to Smart Properties Ltd, the company behind the summit, the event will serve as a platform for dialogue between the private sector, policymakers and international investors. Participants will also be able to learn from regional experiences and explore partnerships that could strengthen the real estate industry in South Sudan.
Organisers have opened registration through the summit’s online portal. Interested participants can also contact the organisers by phone for more details.
