(JUBA) – The South Sudan Civil Aviation Authority (SSCAA) marked a historic milestone on Thursday, 4th December 2025, with the official launch of its first ever magazine. The inaugural publication was presented by Mr. David Loputu, PR and Communications Manager, to Hon. John Woja Elinana, Director General of SSCAA, signalling a new chapter in aviation communication and institutional visibility.
