(SOUTHERN SLOBOZHANSKYI, UKRAINE) – Ukrainian border guard units operating in the southern Slobozhanskyi sector say they have destroyed several key Russian military targets, further weakening enemy positions in the area.
The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine reported that personnel from the 4th Border Detachment continue combat operations against Russian forces along the frontline.
During recent engagements, operators from the STRIX unmanned aerial systems unit, working as part of Ukraine’s Defence Forces, identified and struck a number of priority targets.
According to officials, the unit destroyed a mortar system, a field ammunition depot, a mobile firing group and a military vehicle.
The loss of equipment and firepower is expected to complicate Russian combat operations and reduce their effectiveness on this section of the фронт.
Border guards said the STRIX operators maintain control over their designated area of responsibility and continue to engage identified targets with precision.
The service added that the unit remains active in monitoring and responding to threats, contributing to wider efforts by Ukrainian forces to degrade Russian capabilities.
