(HRYSHYNE, DONETSK OBLAST) – Ukrainian Defence Forces are currently conducting operations to eliminate Russian personnel within the settlement of Hryshyne as part of the wider defence of the Pokrovsk agglomeration. Despite a difficult operational environment, the Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to resist the pressure exerted by the forces of the Russian dictator. Units operating within the responsibility zone of the 7th Rapid Response Corps of the Air Assault Forces are maintaining established lines and performing search and strike missions. These active measures are intended to disrupt the attempts of the Russian Federation to occupy the settlement.

The 425th Separate Assault Regiment, known as Skelia, is working in conjunction with the 155th Separate Mechanised Brigade to clear the central districts of Hryshyne. Intense small arms combat is ongoing as the Russian military attempts to establish positions within the urban buildings. Ukrainian units are systematically identifying and neutralising groups of occupiers to ensure their complete removal from the town boundaries.

Simultaneously, the Skelia regiment and the 155th Brigade are collaborating with adjacent units to target Russian forces using unmanned aerial vehicles in the north western sector of Pokrovsk. This specific area is being utilised by the Russian military as a staging ground to accumulate personnel before attempting further advances toward Hryshyne. Released footage confirms the assault operations conducted by Skelia personnel and the work of drone operators from the 155th Brigade within the Hryshyne area.

The Ukrainian government continues to seek international financial support as the cost of the defence remains high. Recent estimates suggest that maintaining these frontline operations requires significant capital, often exceeding 1 Billion US Dollars per month in total military expenditure.
